Open to all Levels – minimum 4 attendees to run class
Recommended Equipment Required
- Water &/or Electrolyte Drink
- Non-marking tennis or training shoes
- Towel/Mat
- Energy Snack/Bar
- Racket (may not use)
Please report any prior injuries or muscle soreness issues to myself prior to beginning warm up or workout
Session will be in a circuit training style session that transfers fitness benefits and a work-rest ratio beneficial for all racquet sports!
