Guest Policy

Marina Racquet Club is pleased to extend a gracious guest privilege to our members in the spirit of hospitality, community, and shared enjoyment of the game.

Guest Privileges

  • Tennis and pickleball members may invite up to three (3) guests at a time, permitting a full doubles foursome.
  • The hosting member must be present for the duration of play and assumes responsibility for their guests’ conduct and compliance with Club policies.

Waiver Requirement

  • All guests must have a signed waiver on file prior to participating in any on-court activity.
  • Guests without a waiver will not be permitted to play.

Spirit and Intended Use

  • Marina Racquet Club maintains a laissez-faire guest policy intended to allow members to occasionally entertain friends, family, or colleagues who are non-frequent visitors, for the enjoyment of the member.
  • This privilege is not intended to substitute for membership, nor to facilitate repeated access by the same non-member.

Guest Frequency & Membership Consideration

  • Guests who are invited on a recurring or frequent basis may be encouraged to pursue membership.
  • Repeated use by the same guest may, at the Club’s discretion, be deemed inconsistent with the spirit of the guest policy.

Guest Fees

  • From time to time, Marina Racquet Club may implement guest fees for certain sessions, events, or peak-time usage.
  • Any applicable guest fees will be communicated in advance.

Peak Times & Special Events

  • Guest access may be limited or restricted during peak hours, clinics, leagues, tournaments, or special events, at the Club’s sole discretion.

Policy Enforcement

  • Marina Racquet Club reserves the right to monitor guest usage and to modify, limit, or revoke guest privileges if the policy is abused or used in a manner inconsistent with its intent.
  • The Club further reserves the right to update this policy at any time to ensure a fair, elevated experience for all members.
