Come join Director Martin Parkes and start your day with a fun & high energy racquet sports specific workout to music!

Open to all Levels – minimum 4 attendees to run class

Recommended Equipment Required

  • Water &/or Electrolyte Drink
  • Non-marking tennis or training shoes
  • Towel/Mat
  • Energy Snack/Bar
  • Racket (may not use)

Please report any prior injuries or muscle soreness issues to myself prior to beginning warm up or workout

Session will be in a circuit training style session that transfers fitness benefits and a work-rest ratio beneficial for all racquet sports!
